1 - general conditions

My image licenses are sold with a minimum 3 - month duration and available as industry exclusive.

Expiring licenses can be extended. Same conditions apply.

Exclusive usage rights across all industries are available for purchase. Making you the only company within the industry that is allowed to use the licensed work.

Your exclusive rights to any of my images do not prohibit me from displaying the images online or offline for advertising my photography, using it on social media or selling prints and/or decorations of the same image(s). Excluding my right of promotional use for Kai Hornung Photography requires further agreement.

All listed prices are net fees and presented in Euros.

2 - online use

Licenses for any kind of use of the licensed material on the internet are priced as follows:

  • Up to 3 months: 950 €

  • Up to 6 months: 1.100 €

  • Up to 1 year: 1.350 €

  • Up to 5 years: 2.200 €

plus exclusivity to one industry:

  • Up to 3 months: 1.200 €

  • Up to 6 months: 1.400 €

  • Up to 1 year: 1.650 €

  • Up to 5 years: 2.500 €

plus added tax: 7% MwSt./VAT within Germany; 0% MwSt./VAT for b2b customers EU (reverse charge) and outside EU, 7% MwSt./VAT for private customers

3 - offline Use (advertorial)

I sell licenses for offline advertorial use only as an addition to the purchase for an online use license. The combined prices are as follows:

●  Up to 3 months: 1.800 €

●  Up to 6 months: 2.000 €

●  Up to 1 year: 2.350 €

●  Up to 5 years: 3.950 €

plus exclusivity to one industry:

●  Up to 3 months: 2.150 €

●  Up to 6 months: 2.350 €

●  Up to 1 year: 2.850 €

●  Up to 5 years: 4.950 €

plus added tax: 7% MwSt./VAT within Germany; 0% MwSt./VAT for b2b customers EU (reverse charge) and outside EU, 7% MwSt./VAT for private customers

6 - exclusive rights across industries

Every unauthorised use of my images is prohibited. I pursue legal action against anyone who is using my work without permission.

This ensures your acquired licenses being solely used by the owner of its rights.

7 - exclusivity

Using my images requires the use of an adjacent credit line: ‘Kai Hornung Photography’.
