more than meets the eye
behind the images - in my own words (audio)
“what is this image about?”. “how did you make that image?”. “I would like to know what you see in your own images”. And “your voice should be on the radio or reading audio books”. These are some quotes I have heard not once, or twice but several times. I did not give this real thought. Until I found the “story behind the image” site on the homepage of the great artist Cole Thompson. I started clicking and listening. And I got immersed into the stories and the insights Cole gave on his images.
And sometimes inspiration goes long ways. In this instance it lead me to borrow the idea of giving you audio files in which I describe the insight stories, inspiration, making of ; or far fetched personal associations I do have about some select images.
