  Together, we learn to create images with emotional depth and visual clarity — by seeing the grand inside the small. I’ll help you find beauty within the visual chaos, and compose images that feel whole, balanced, and alive. …and we will not miss out on the wide and epic images, either.

  As a professional trainer, coach, and mentor, I’ve worked with everyone from corporate managers to photography beginners. This background allows me to communicate clearly, adapt to your needs, and help you overcome creative and technical challenges with ease.

What You Can Expect

• Small Groups. Big Learning:
  I keep workshop groups small so everyone gets personal attention. We’ll work together in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere — full of learning, laughter, and shared joy.

• You First, Always:
  Yes, I do take my camera — but only occasionally. My students usually like seeing me take a photo here and there, too, to demonstrate my workflow. However, I’m focused on you and your images. This isn’t about me making portfolio shots. It’s about you discovering what you’re capable of.

• Practical, Hands-On Support:
  Expect honest, constructive feedback and help seeing compositions you might have missed. I’ll help you improve both technically and creatively, from framing to flow to emotional impact.

• Accessible and Thoughtful Planning:
  Physical effort is kept moderate and safe. With a co-guide or assistant on my tours, we do everything possible to ensure everything runs smoothly so you can focus fully on photography.

• Plus + image critique and editing tips:

  In all feedback, taking time for personal feedback on images and helpful advice on image editing stands out. So, it is a given that we will take time for this.

What Not To Expect

• Tech Overload: I'm not a gear junkie, and I don’t cover every camera model detail. If gear is your main focus, your trusted local camera shop may be a better resource. But if you’re here to create and grow — welcome!

Beginner? That’s Totally Fine:
We all started at some point. I have started to learn the guitar and know how joy and frustration (and sometimes confusion) dance with each other. In fact, I wrote a blog article about it. So, of course, beginners are welcome, too!

If you're new to photography, just make sure you know the basics of your camera. We’ll focus on creativity, not manuals.
